We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across Europe, with a focus on new logo acquisition across the Nordics and Southern Europe. This role is responsible for originating, shaping, and closing complex asset finance technology deals, working closely with senior stakeholders and internal solution teams.
Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise fintech or asset finance solution sales
- Strong understanding of asset finance operating models, including banks and alternative lenders
- Experience selling into Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including C-suite and executive-level engagement
- A consultative, relationship-led approach with strong negotiation capability
