FIS is seeking a Sales Executive Lead to drive new business growth for FIS's Lending solutions across the UK, Benelux and Nordic markets, focusing on selling enterprise lending platforms to Tier 1β3 banks, challenger banks, and specialist lenders.
Requirements
- Proven enterprise sales experience within financial technology, commercial lending, or loan servicing platforms
- Strong knowledge of commercial, corporate, or SME lending within European banking markets
- Demonstrated success selling complex, multiyear SaaS or platform solutions
- Established network across banks and financial institutions in the UK, Benelux and/or Nordics
- Excellent executive level communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English required; additional European language skills (Dutch, French, German, or Nordic languages) highly advantageous
