Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership in corporate or global public relations within complex organisations
- Proven expertise in media relations, reputation management, and crisis communications
- Strong storytelling and narrative development across business, technology, and financial topics
- Established relationships with senior reporters and editors in financial and technology media
- Experience building proactive, data informed PR programmes from strategy through execution
- Executive presence with the ability to advise and coach senior leaders
- Experience leading teams and managing external agencies
- Experience managing communications through M&A activity, corporate divestitures or major business transformation
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in communications or related field
- Experience in financial services, fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated industries
- Background in agency leadership or senior in house roles at publicly traded companies
- Experience supporting corporate initiatives such as divestitures, acquisitions, or transformations
- Strong understanding of social media, digital PR, and influencer strategies
- Experience building global PR models leveraging regional and global teams
- Familiarity with AI-powered PR tools and platforms, including media monitoring, content development, and reputation analytics
- Master’s degree
