Job Description
We are seeking a Managing Counsel to provide legal support to our sales and business teams within Fiserv's Merchant Solutions division. The role involves drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, providing counsel on new product development, and collaborating with subject matter specialists.
Requirements
- 8+ years of general transactional legal experience
- License to practice law in at least one US jurisdiction and in good standing
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
