Senior Counsel

Fiserv is seeking a Senior Counsel to provide legal support for litigation, disputes, government investigations, third-party legal requests, and related matters for consumer-facing payment products.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience practicing law in litigation, disputes, regulatory investigations, or financial services legal matters
• Experience in case strategy, investigations, document requests, subpoenas, or other complex legal matters
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, legal correspondence, pleadings, and matter-related analyses
