Requirements
- Minimum of three years of successful SMB B2B sales and sales leadership experience with a consistent track record of new logo acquisition (hunter profile) and team performance in outbound prospecting.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and improve a high-velocity pipeline: qualification, stage progression, deal strategy, CRM hygiene, and forecasting accuracy.
- Passion for developing talent through structured coaching, clear expectations, and performance management—celebrating wins while driving continuous improvement.
