Job Description
LiveFlow is hiring a Sales Director to manage a team of Account Executives and SDRs, driving performance, pipeline, and deal execution. The role involves coaching reps, driving outcomes, and working with the founders.
Requirements
- Previous proven track record as a top-performing AE
- Strong desire to stay close to deals and close yourself
- At least 2+ years managing a team of AEs (at least 5) and SDR/BDRs.
- Full-cycle B2B sales experience
- Experience managing Mid-market deals ($30K+ ACV)
