Senior Business Systems Analyst

Fiserv is a global leader in Fintech and payments, and we're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to work directly with a leading Financial Services client. The role involves defining business requirements, supporting the successful delivery of IT initiatives, and collaborating with clients and technology teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in project/product management.
• Client-facing experience, including partnering with clients and end users to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Experience leading testing and implementation efforts, managing timelines, ensuring quality, and collaborating cross-functionally to support successful product launches.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and communicating complex, technical concepts clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.
