Technical Business Analyst

We're Fiserv, a global leader in Fintech and payments, and we're looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Business Analyst, you will provide advanced data analysis, reporting, and project management support in a technology-focused environment. You will work closely with Application Development, Cyber Compliance, CAAS, Product, Professional Services, and vendor partners to translate complex data into actionable insights that support operational reliability, compliance, and contractor onboarding.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in a technology or business-focused environment performing data analysis, reporting, and stakeholder support
• 4+ years of experience leading or supporting projects, including planning, execution, risk management, and cross-functional coordination
• 3+ years of experience working with compliance, cybersecurity, or audit processes to support governance and controls in risk-sensitive environments
• 3+ years of experience coordinating with vendors or third-party partners, including onboarding and asset or equipment management activities
