Technical Project Management - Director

Fiserv is looking for a Technical Project Management Director to lead a portfolio management team supporting Issuer Solutions and Corporate Technology. The role involves developing and implementing project and portfolio management standards, reporting, and metrics, and serving as a key liaison across delivery, business, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, technical project management, or IT consulting, and 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in portfolio management, technical project management, or IT consulting leading large, complex technology initiatives
• 3+ years of experience managing and developing teams in a portfolio management, project management, or technology organization
• Experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders to drive portfolio or capital allocation decisions
• Strong skills in stakeholder communication, negotiation, and relationship-building
• Working knowledge of the technology project lifecycle and portfolio KPIs
