Architecture Senior Project Manager

We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead impactful, community-driven projects in our Placemaking + Community Design Studio. You'll oversee complex architectural projects from concept through construction, managing teams, resources, and client relationships to ensure high-quality, on-time delivery.

Requirements

• Lead design strategy and collaborate with high-performing, cross-functional teams, clients, partners, and stakeholders to align with client goals and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Successfully lead projects of varying size and complexity from initial setup through planning, safety analysis, and project kick-off.
• Manage project budgets, financial performance and reporting, scope, schedule, and staffing.
• Oversee project billing, client updates, QA/QC of deliverables, and project closeout.
• Provide clear direction, motivation, and mentorship to foster high-performing teams.
• Prepare winning project proposals and serve as primary client contact throughout the process.
• Support new business development efforts in collaboration with the Client Services team by delivering exceptional service, promoting Fisher’s capabilities, and building lasting client relationships.
• Successfully navigate and implement complex public processes and municipal approvals.
• Represent Fisher Associate’s in professional organizations, business boards, and community activities.
