Infrastructure + Mobility Group Manager

Fisher Associates is seeking an experienced project manager to lead project delivery and people management for transportation planning and design projects across Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will oversee a team of Project Managers, directly manage select projects, and support business growth while influencing project outcomes and shaping transportation solutions.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 15+ years minimum in transportation, roadway, or highway engineering
• Professional Engineering License (PE)
• 5 years minimum of project management experience
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to use dashboards, metrics, and data to drive performance, accountability, and results.
• Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards required
• Prior experience successfully managing and leading a team
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven client relationship and business development success in the transportation sector
• Proficiency in MS Office; Experience with MicroStation preferred
