Infrastructure + Mobility Group Manager

Fisher Associates is seeking an experienced project manager to lead project delivery and people management for transportation planning and design projects across Pennsylvania. As the Infrastructure + Mobility Group Manager, you will oversee a team of Project Managers delivering transportation engineering projects for clients such as PennDOT and local municipalities, while directly managing select projects, guiding delivery strategy, and supporting business growth.

Requirements

• B.S. degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 15+ years minimum in transportation, roadway, or highway engineering
• Professional Engineering License (PE)
• 5 years minimum of project management experience
• Strong financial acumen, with the ability to use dashboards, metrics, and data to drive performance, accountability, and results.
• Familiarity with PennDOT or PTC design standards required
• Prior experience successfully managing and leading a team
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proven client relationship and business development success in the transportation sector
• Proficiency in MS Office; Experience with MicroStation preferred
