Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor

Fisher Associates is seeking a Transportation Construction Inspection Supervisor to lead major PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and municipal projects in the greater Harrisburg area. This role involves supervising inspection teams, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The position is part of a multidisciplinary firm dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and employee growth.

Requirements

• NICET III in Highway Construction Certification or B.S. in Civil Engineering or similar field
• PennDOT Concrete Certification preferred
• NECEPT Asphalt Certification preferred
• PennDOT Guide Rail Installation, Inspection & Maintenance certification preferred
• Proven field inspection and supervisory experience on transportation projects
• Strong knowledge of PennDOT specifications, construction standards, and QA/QC principles

• Ability to manage project priorities and lead inspection staff effectively
