Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor

Fisher Associates is seeking a Transportation Construction Inspection Supervisor to lead major PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and municipal projects in PennDOT District 1. The role involves supervising inspection teams, supporting growth of construction inspection services, and ensuring quality construction. Requirements

• NICET III in Highway Construction Certification or B.S. in Civil Engineering or similar field with at least 5 years of construction inspection or construction management experience
• PennDOT Concrete Certification preferred
• NECEPT Asphalt Certification preferred
• PennDOT Guide Rail Installation, Inspection & Maintenance certification preferred
• Proven field inspection and supervisory experience on transportation projects
• Strong knowledge of PennDOT specifications, construction standards, and QA/QC principles
