Job Description
Fisher Associates is hiring a Transportation Construction Inspection Supervisor (TCIS) to lead major PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and municipal highway/bridge projects in the District 1. The role involves supervising inspection teams, ensuring compliance with plans and standards, and providing technical guidance to resolve construction challenges. Requirements
- NICET III in Highway Construction Certification or equivalent B.S. in Civil Engineering
- PennDOT Concrete Certification preferred
- NECEPT Asphalt Certification preferred
- PennDOT Guide Rail Installation, Inspection & Maintenance certification preferred
- Proven field inspection and supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of PennDOT specifications and construction standards
- Ability to manage project priorities
