Job Description
Fisher Associates is seeking a Transportation Construction Inspection Supervisor (TCIS) to lead major PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and municipal projects in the District 1. This role involves supervising inspection teams, ensuring compliance with plans and standards, and providing technical guidance. Requirements
- NICET III in Highway Construction Certification or B.S. in Civil Engineering or similar field with at least 5 years of construction inspection or construction management experience
- PennDOT Concrete Certification preferred
- NECEPT Asphalt Certification preferred
- PennDOT Guide Rail Installation, Inspection & Maintenance certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of PennDOT specifications, construction standards, and QA/QC principles
- Proven field inspection and supervisory experience on transportation projects
