Job Description
Fisher Associates is seeking a Transportation Construction Inspection Supervisor (TCIS) to lead major PennDOT, PA Turnpike, and municipal projects in District 1. The role involves supervising inspection teams, ensuring compliance with plans and standards, and maintaining detailed records. It offers growth opportunities through training and mentorship. Requirements
- NICET III in Highway Construction Certification or B.S. in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of experience
- PennDOT Concrete Certification preferred
- NECEPT Asphalt Certification preferred
- PennDOT Guide Rail Installation, Inspection & Maintenance certification preferred
- Proven field inspection and supervisory experience on transportation projects
- Strong knowledge of PennDOT specifications, construction standards, and QA/QC principles
- Professional performance standards
- Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a dynamic environment
