Job Description
The Distribution Centre Manager will lead the operational leadership of the Adelaide Warehouse team in Direk, driving continuous process improvement and championing a strong health and safety culture.
Requirements
- Strictly maintaining standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Monitor performance against agreed KPIs and targets
- Provide leadership and coaching to all warehouse staff
- Work in partnership with the Health & Safety Advisor
