As a key member of the Finance team, this role plays an important part in helping the business make informed, confident decisions. You will ensure month-end reporting is accurate and timely, support effective inventory management, and provide meaningful financial insights that strengthen operational performance.
Requirements
- Prepare and post month-end journals, deliver accurate monthly financial reports, and complete balance sheet reconciliations.
- Manage statutory reporting requirements and support compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Oversee inventory accounting, including cost integrity, variance analysis, and reconciliation of discrepancies.
- Strengthen internal controls by monitoring cycle counts, ensuring ERP accuracy, and improving inventory processes.
- Lead consignment inventory management, support audit engagements, and drive resolution of audit findings.
- Prepare and lodge Business Activity Statements, assist with income tax and FBT returns, and manage other government reporting obligations.
- Support continuous improvement through process investigations, cross-functional collaboration, project work, and ad hoc financial analysis.
