Job Description
The Lead Data Engineer will own the direction and execution of Fisher & Paykelâs data engineering capability, enabling high-quality, trusted data to support critical business decisions globally. The role involves leading a team of data engineers, designing and maintaining scalable, reliable, and efficient data pipelines, and defining best-practice data modelling and quality standards.
Requirements
- 5-10+ years' experience sourcing, building, modelling, and analysing organisational data
- Leadership capability or a strong interest in leading and developing others
- Deep expertise in SQL and Microsoft ecosystem
- Proven experience designing and maintaining enterprise BI and reporting solutions
- Solid experience across data sourcing, extraction, transformation, modelling, maintenance, and integration across multiple systems
