- AM Oyster Bartender (After lunch restock station)
- AM & PM shift set up the Oyster display
- Check charbroiled pans & shuck oysters as needed
- Focus on customer service
- Clean restaurant
- Clean garbage and recycling
- Light cleaning
- Restock ice
- Sweep floors
- Mop floors
- Perform other restaurant duties
- Interact with guests professionally
