Job Description
We are seeking an IT Service Manager, Finance to lead and optimize IT services that empower our global Finance teams. The role will be responsible for overseeing Finance services, managing service providers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field and 5+ years of experience in IT service management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business IT or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT service management.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and service lifecycle management.
- Experience with Finance solutions and contract management
- Proficient knowledge of application integrations with Active Directory or other Identity and Access Management tools is considered as an asset.
