We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager to join us on the rewarding journey weâre taking here at Castle Trust Bank. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality IT services across the organisation, managing internal Desktop and Application Support teams and overseeing thirdâparty IT suppliers.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an IT Service Delivery Manager;
- Comprehensive understanding of ITIL (v3 minimum);
- Proven leadership experience;
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
- A proactive, organised approach and the ability to manage changing priorities;
- Experience with project management methodologies is advantageous;
