Service Delivery Manager

We're looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team in London, UK. As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships, producing service reports, conducting regular reviews with customers, and ensuring the successful delivery of our services.

Requirements

• 7+ years in Service Delivery Management
• Fluency in English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven experience in customer service and relationship management
• Strong analytical abilities
• Experience in monthly forecasting of financials
• ITIL Skills
• Ability to work within a process-driven environment
• Self-starter with the ability to drive assignments and escalate when necessary
