Requirements
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience
- Experience in multi-unit, franchise, hospitality, fitness, or consumer-facing environments
- Proven success scaling HR infrastructure in a high-growth company
- Strong knowledge of employment law and global HR practices
- Experience implementing HR systems and performance management platforms
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with executive presence
- Bachelor’s degree required
