Job Description
Fitch Group is seeking an HR Advisor to support the North and Latin America Fitch Ratings' Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, solid data skills, and a strong understanding of HR best practices.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in HR advisory/coordination, HR operations, or HRBP support
- Basic or developing working knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice
- Strong Excel skills and comfort working with HRIS data
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through
- Proficiency in PowerPoint to create clear, executive-ready presentations and visuals
