Fitch Ratings is seeking an Associate Director to join the Digital Infrastructure Data Centers group in our Chicago office. As one of the world’s top three credit ratings agencies, Fitch Ratings plays a critical role in global capital markets by providing supplementary credit analysis, ratings, research, and commentary to financial market participants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
• Over 5 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, or related fields
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
• Advanced expertise in Excel, Word, and financial modeling
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
