Job Description
Fitch Ratings is seeking a Director to join the Digital Infrastructure Data Centers group in our Chicago office. The role involves leading efforts to provide Fitch's opinions and guidance to investors and market participants on North American Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) and Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) transactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field
- Over 7 years of experience in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation, or related fields
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams
- Advanced expertise in Excel, Word, and financial modeling
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and organizational skills
