Job Description
The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth by achieving monthly revenue targets, converting prospects into customers, and expanding wallet share among existing accounts.
Requirements
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and new trader acquisition goals.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand business within assigned territory or segment.
- Manage and service existing customers to maximize retention and increase share of wallet.
- Conduct customer visits, presentations, and negotiations to close business opportunities.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts.
- Collaborate with the Credit Control team to ensure timely receivable collections.
- Mentor and train subordinates, guiding them on sales strategies and performance improvement.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure issues are escalated and resolved promptly.
