Job Description
The Executive Business & Management Support will provide executive-level assistance to the senior management team while also contributing to business planning, reporting, and project coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in business coordination, executive assistance, or administrative roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with reporting tools or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and resourceful individual with a problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in the freight forwarding, aviation, or logistics industry will be an added advantage.
