Job Description
FITS Express Pvt Ltd is looking for an Executive Assistant to provide direct administrative and operational support to the Director of the company. The role requires a highly organized, proactive, and discreet individual with excellent communication and time management skills.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- 35 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role supporting senior management
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal); Sinhala and Tamil will be an advantage
- High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
