Requirements

• Completed training or study in facility management, building technology, craftsmanship or a comparable field of study
• Several years of professional experience in facility management, property management or technical building equipment
• Developed analytical and technical understanding
• Leadership skills and experience in coordinating teams
• First practical experience with EnMS is desirable
• High level of self-responsibility, reliability and solution orientation
• Safe handling of common MS-Office applications
• Driving license of class B
