Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Facility Manager to oversee the technical facilities in one of our objects in Duisburg, Germany, and support our team with monitoring, control, and management of technical facilities, building automation systems, and maintenance work.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge in the field of Gas, Water and Sanitary (GWS) or comparable qualification
- Technical understanding and experience in handling building automation systems
- Independent, structured and responsible working style
- High level of enthusiasm and hands-on mentality
- Ability to recognize and solve problems in a solution-oriented manner
- Strong communication skills and team capabilities
- Willingness to learn new technical topics
