We are seeking a Facility Manager to monitor, plan, control, and ensure the functional condition of our properties and technical equipment, manage service providers and maintenance companies, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Requirements
- Degree as a technician/master or completed apprenticeship in electrical engineering/supply technology (TGA, HKL, MSR) or related field
- Relevant work experience in facility management/building management
- Commercial affinity and complex relationships recognition
- Reliability, communication, and organizational skills
- Independent, proactive work methods and hands-on mentality
- Proficiency in common MS Office programs
- English and German language skills in word and writing
- Will to further develop/training and take on tasks beyond usual field
