Sales Director - Supplements

Fitt Talent Partners is seeking a Sales Director, Americas to lead commercial expansion in the United States and broader Americas region for a biotechnology and health company developing anti-PFAS probiotic solutions. This highly entrepreneurial role will be responsible for building the initial sales engine, developing market penetration strategies, establishing distribution partnerships, and personally driving customer acquisition in key segments.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in dietary supplements, functional health, longevity, or adjacent consumer health categories
• Strong understanding of health, wellness, biohacking, or longevity markets
• Demonstrated success in direct sales, partnerships, or distribution development
• Experience building and managing customer portfolios and long-term relationships
• Ability to develop structured commercial strategies and execute them independently
• Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
