FitzMark is a third-party logistics provider seeking an Account Manager to drive growth and relationships with current customer accounts. The successful candidate will provide personalized customer service, identify new opportunities, and build industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Communicate professionally in person, over the phone, and via email
- Track growth/decline of managed customer accounts and identify new opportunities
- Utilize TMS to enter bids and keep notate communication with customers
- Provide customers with a quick, effective solution if problems arise
- Continuously build and increase industry knowledge
- Ability to be the main point of contact for customers
- Assist with accounting department with any invoicing problems
- Ability to generate sales among existing customer accounts
