The Business Process Intern will support digital transformation initiatives through business process analysis and optimization, incorporating AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.

Requirements

• Review and document existing business processes across multiple departments
• Identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and bottlenecks within workflows
• Research and recommend AI-driven solutions and advanced tools to improve productivity and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and operational constraints
• Assist in developing process improvement proposals, including cost-benefit and impact analyses
• Support implementation planning for approved process changes and automation initiatives
• Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings, insights, and recommendations for leadership
