Job Description
Five Iron is expanding its sports bar, restaurant, and entertainment venue franchise with a focus on technology, hospitality, and community connection. They are seeking Guest Services Specialists dedicated to exceptional service and a people-oriented approach. This position involves providing engaging tours, managing golf equipment, and assisting with sales and customer experience.
Requirements
- Golf, server, and/or hospitality experience is encouraged but not required
- Upbeat energy and enthusiasm
- Positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and team
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
- Ability to obtain proper licensing and certifications
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
