Job Description
Five Keys is seeking a Victim Offender Education Group (VOEG) Facilitator to report directly to the Executive Director and facilitate VOEG curriculum with a diverse group of participants at the San Francisco Juvenile Justice Center. The ideal candidate has experience in group facilitation, restorative justice, and working with diverse populations.
Requirements
- Design and plan facilitating agenda
- Foster participation and encourage creative thinking
- Facilitate VOEG circle sessions and debrief with co-facilitator
- Ensure coverage for scheduled classes
- Provide routine communication with Executive Director
