Job Description
Five Stones Research Corporation is seeking an Events Coordinator for proposal efforts supporting The National Science Foundation's Office of Legislative & Public Affairs in Alexandria, VA, with a potential contract award.
Requirements
- Expert level of experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite of products
- Expert level of experience using Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team as well as independently on assigned projects
- Demonstrated expert level of experience with asset management systems
- Demonstrated expert level of experience working with major trade exposition companies
- Ability to manage shipping and receiving logistics
- Ability to generate detailed after-action reports for each event
