Requirements
- Nurture and follow up on warm leads (no cold calls)
- Build and manage a sales pipeline
- Manage sales opportunities through all stages of the sales cycle
- Identify, qualify, and close prospects; overcome objections through consultative approach
- Meet and exceed monthly sales KPI’s (key performance indicators) and monthly quota
- Track and manage opportunities in Salesforce.com CRM following standard Five9 internal sales process
- Articulate company value proposition
- Be the subject matter expert on all services and products offered by Five9
- Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
