Engineering Manager - Backend Team | India

Join Five9 as an Engineering Manager to lead our India-based team and drive scalable platform services using Java, Spring, and Google Cloud Platform. This is a hands-on leadership role combining technical expertise with day-to-day management responsibilities.

Requirements

• 4+ years in an Engineering Manager / Tech lead role and 6+ years of prior development experience
• Strong proficiency in Java and the Spring ecosystem
• Experience working in distributed, cross-functional teams
• Solid understanding of modern software development practices (Agile, CI/CD, testing, and production operations)
• Experience in cloud-native development (preferably Google Cloud Platform)
