Engineering Manager, Cloud Platform

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• 2+ years in a tech lead or engineering management role
• Proven hands-on expertise in infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or OpenTofu
• Strong command of OpenStack and/or Rancher environments
• Experience designing and operating distributed backend services
• A track record of hiring and developing senior engineers
• Excellent written and verbal communication
