This role will partner with business and People leaders to identify development needs, oversee the delivery of impactful onboarding and learning experiences, and drive a cohesive learning ecosystem that supports employee growth and compliance across a global organization.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience
- Proven experience (5+ years) in corporate and/or tech-industry learning and development roles, with a demonstrated track record of creating and implementing successful leadership development programs
- Leadership and team management experience, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing team
