Manager, Sales Development Representative

Five9 is seeking a Manager, Sales Development Representative to lead a team focused on sourcing and qualifying inbound leads for their large-scale revenue organization. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, creating training, analyzing data, and motivating the team to drive exponential growth. The team is directly responsible for revenue generation for Five9.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience exceeding goals in a quota carrying prospecting and closing Sales Role
• 1+ year(s) of experience directly managing (SaaS is preferred)
• Proven experience – and passion for – coaching, motivating, and growing the ability of those around you
• Self-starter with ability to quickly identify problems and solutions
• Strong experience running experiments in order to continuously improve processes
• Strong Knowledge of SFDC - Reporting, SFDC workflow management, etc.
