Job Description
Five9 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to implement and support their core DNS and Kubernetes architecture in private cloud. The role involves providing scalability, resilience, automation, and performance optimization of their environments. The engineer will collaborate with platform and SRE teams to maintain secure, performant, and multi-tenant services.
Requirements
- Implement and support large scale DNS Architecture across multiple regions.
- Implement and support Infoblox DDI solutions and similar enterprise DNS systems.
- Implement and support multi-tenant Kubernetes clusters with BareMetal servers and Software defined storage.
- Implement Infrastructure as code leveraging CI/CD automation, Ansible, Terraform/Pulumi, Python and Bash.
- Implement continuous delivery pipelines for Infrastructure updates.
- Develop automated monitoring, alerting, and healing mechanisms using GitOps principles and observability stacks.
- Harden services for high availability, disaster recovery, and scale-out operations.
- Perform deep-dive troubleshooting and performance analysis of Infrastructure services.
- Be involved in Change management and Global team collaboration.
