Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or in a related role
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent planning, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle competing priorities calmly under pressure and be resilient and adaptable in the face of change
