Senior People Partner

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of progressive experience in a related role, with a demonstrated history of building and scaling HR programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of progressive experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or in a related role
• A strong "roll up your sleeves" attitude and ability to operate in ambiguity
• Strategic business acumen, influence, and credibility
• Relationship building, data-driven and analytical skills, project management excellence, agility, and resilience
• Domain expertise in HR and technical knowledge of regulatory environment
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
