Job Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Specialist to join the team! As our Human Resources Specialist, you will be managing job board postings, reviewing applications, and conducting onboarding for new hires. You will also be working closely with other departments to ensure HR compliance, update records, conduct audits, and assist with safety training and development plans for all staff members.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an HR environment
- Familiarity with computer programs, such as Microsoft Office and common Human Resources software
